What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

What Are Your Postage Rates and Postage Options?

Scrappingcleary endeavours to despatch orders within 48hrs within receipt of payment. All orders placed over the weekend will be sent on the Tuesday as the shop is closed Monday’s. All orders are Delivered via Australia Post Eparcel. Once the parcel leaves our store front in Gundagai NSW and has been processed by Australia Post you will receive either a text message or email to notify you of the processing and tracking of your Eparcel.

Postage Rates are calculated via eparcel and will be updated during checkout based on your orders weights and measurements and shipping information; we also offer In Store Pick Up.

Here at Scrappingclearly we offer all the options given to you buy Australia Post. You will only ever pay for what your parcel costs to send we do not believe in estimating or having a flat rate.

  • Please note that EXPRESS POST is “usually two working days” however Australia Post do have a disclaimer on their website which says if you or I (as the sender) are outside their express post delivery network – express post is “fastest service possible”.

Large Items, Machines, Multiple Albums, Totes and Bags, Tim Holts Mats Glass Cutting Mats and Wood Items will incur additional postage because of their size and weight -these items are exempt from free postage. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing alternative postage information can be found in product description for larger items.


We ship all over Australia, if your from another country we will also ship too you just select 2722 as the postage Code details which will allow pick up from store. Once your parcel is packed it will be weighed and your postal costs will be send via Paypal Invoice.

Packaging Commitment

  • All items are wrapped beautifully, packed carefully and leave our store in perfect condition.  Scrappingclearly orders ship in strong/sturdy pizza boxes or bubble bags inside our signature golden weatherproof Scrappingclearly Parcel bags. 
  • When a customer requests additional information/requests in the instruction to seller, we will do our best to accommodate, if it relates to where your parcel should be left by Australia Post we hold no responsibility for lost or misplaced parcels. If we feel a customer request is not warranted or above our already provided service, then unfortunately, we will not be able comply.
  • All customers are important to Scrappingclearly and we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and turnaround time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so that we can discuss alternative arrangements.
  • All items are brand new and packed carefully, Scrappingclearly DO NOT replace orders that have been damaged during transport.

Returns/Out of Stock Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact me immediately at [email protected]  The item will need to be returned for assessment before a refund is issued. PLEASE NOTE we are the supplier NOT the manufacturer Scrappingclearly is not responsible for any manufacturing faults.
  • We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly.  There is ample time in checkout to look over your order and make sure what you confirm is what you require.  You can also log into your account and use My Account to look at previous order history so that you don’t double up. Looking at all the information/images provided is your responsibility before placing the final order on the website. It is YOUR responsibility to check your shopping cart prior to checking out.
  • If for some reason you have received an incorrect item please contact the store for an exchange, NOTE this can only occur if the incorrect item has not been opened or tampered with and shows no signs of use.
  • Once all items leave Scrappingclearly we are no longer responsible for damaged goods during transit.
  • Occasionally an item that’s showing as in stock when ordered might be out of stock. This occurs for many reasons theft, incorrect stock count/human error and damaged stock.  If this occurs your order will be filled with available stock and a refund will be issued when order is processed via your Paypal account (if you paid with Paypal). 
  • If the item is due back in stock your order will be filled and sent Express Post.
  • Products WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED without your consent.
  • If a “clearance item” is unavailable, you will not be contacted and just provided a refund.

Coupons/Special Offer Codes

Occasionally we offer special coupon codes.  To redeem coupon codes these MUST be entered as described in the discount coupon area of our checkout.  It is your responsibility to enter the code as part of the checkout process and orders will NOT be adjusted after processing if you “forget” to enter the code.  Only one coupon code can be applied to your order.


If you are the lucky winner of the Golden Ticket – you can purchase store wide redeemable on all products.


When placing a PRE ORDER only PRE ORDER items can be placed on the invoice, if in stock products are ordered on the same invoice they will be shipped with the PRE ORDER.

Once a PRE ORDER has been placed it cannot be cancelled no refunds are available.


  • All deposits for any advertised Classes and Retreats are non refundable.
  •  There are NO refunds issued due to not be able to attend.
  • Monies are NOT Transferable to other Classes/Retreats or store credits.

Creative Kids NSW Voucher Expiry

The 2021 Creative Kids NSW Vouchers will expire on December 31st 2021. Any orders placed after 11.59pm on December 31st 2021 using the 2021 Creative Kids Vouchers will be cancelled.

To ensure your 2021 Creative Kids NSW Voucher is redeemed prior to expiry on 11.59pm 31st December, please place your order before 1pm AEST 31st December.

Orders placed after this time may not be processed before your voucher expires due to Public Holidays and weekend shutdown. You will be notified by our Customer Service Team if your voucher was not redeemed prior to expiry.

Creative Kids Online Classes

Access to our Creative Kids Online Classroom will be provided via email from Kylie once payment is received in full. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have appropriate access via the internet to be able to access and complete the online class.

All online classes are supplied in an online environment and are available for viewing online within Scrappingclearly’s private Facebook Group/YOUTUBE Channel and cannot be downloaded. The content of the online workshops, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Scrappingclearly.

Creative Kids Vouchers

By supplying a Creative Kids NSW Voucher for payment, you are authorising Scrappingclearly to process the cost of your order from your Creative Kids NSW Voucher with Service NSW.  It is your responsibility to ensure the details of the Creative Kids NSW Voucher you provide when placing your order are correct, to ensure we can redeem your voucher with Service NSW.

Once your Creative Kids Voucher has been processed with Service NSW, you will be sent a confirmation email by Kylie, your Creative Kids Kit order will then be processed and shipped to your nominated delivery address.

We are unable to process orders until we receive validation of your voucher from Service NSW.

Once Creative Kids Vouchers are processed with Service NSW refunds are not available.

Creative Kids Vouchers can only be used on this for for advertised Creative Kids Kits.
