- We accept Paypal..You are able use Credit Card via Paypal.
What Are Your Postage Rates and Postage Options?
Scrappingcleary endeavours to despatch orders within 48hrs within receipt of payment. All orders placed over the weekend will be sent on the Tuesday as the shop is closed Monday’s. All orders are Delivered via Australia Post Eparcel. Once the parcel leaves our store front in Gundagai NSW and has been processed by Australia Post you will receive either a text message or email to notify you of the processing and tracking of your parcel.
Postage Rates are calculated and will be updated during checkout based on your billing and shipping information we also offer e parcel Express Service and In Store Pick Up.
Here at Scrappingclearly we offer all the options given to you buy Australia Post. You will only ever pay for what your parcel costs to send we do not believe in estimating or having a flat rate.
- Please note that EXPRESS POST is “usually two working days” however Australia Post do have a disclaimer on their website which says if you or I (as the sender) are outside their express post delivery network – express post is “fastest service possible”.
- EXPRESS POST PARCELS CANNOT BE INSURED AND CAN BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE – PLEASE NOTE IF THESE PARCELS VANISH THEY WILL NOT BE REPLACED AS THE SERVICE REQUESTED IS NOT OUR PREFERRED SERVICE WHICH REQUIRES A SIGNATURE.
Large Items, Machines, Multiple Albums, Glass Cutting Mats and Wood Items will incur additional postage because of their size and weight -these items are exempt from free postage. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing alternative postage information can be found in product description for larger items.
- All items are packed carefully and leave our store in perfect condition. Scrappingclearly orders ship in strong/sturdy pizza boxes inside our unique golden weather proof Scrappingclearly Parcel bags.
- All customers are important to Scrappingclearly and we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and turnaround time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me so that we can discuss alternative arrangements.
- All items are brand new and packed carefully, Scrappingclearly DO NOT replace orders that have been damaged during transport.
Returns/Out of Stock Items
- If you receive a faulty item please contact me immediately at email@example.com The item will need to be returned for assessment before a refund is issued. PLEASE NOTE we are the supplier NOT the manufacturer Scrappingclearly is not responsible for any manufacturing faults.
- We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly. There is ample time in checkout to look over your order and make sure what you confirm is what you require. You can also log into your account and use My Account to look at previous order history so that you don’t double up. It is YOUR responsibility to check your shopping cart prior to checking out.
- If for some reason you have received an incorrect item please contact the store for an exchange, NOTE this can only occur if the incorrect item has not been opened or tampered with and shows know signs of use.
- Once all items leave Scrappingclearly we are no longer responsible for damaged goods during transit.
- Occasionally an item thats is showing as in stock when ordered might be out of stock. This is occurs for many reasons theft, incorrect stock count/human error and damaged stock. If this occurs your order will be filled with available stock and a refund will be issued when order is processed via your Paypal account (if you paid with Paypal).
- If the item is due back in stock your order will be filled and sent Express Post.
- Products WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED without your consent.
- If a “clearance item” is unavailable, you will not be contacted and just provided a refund.
Coupons/Special Offer Codes
Occasionally we offer special coupon codes. To redeem coupon codes these MUST be entered as described in the discount coupon area of our checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the code as part of the checkout process and orders will NOT be adjusted after processing if you “forget” to enter the code. Only one coupon code can be applied to your order.
When placing a PRE ORDER only PRE ORDER items can be placed on the invoice, if in stock products are ordered on the same invoice they will be shipped with the PRE ORDER.
Once a PRE ORDER has been placed it cannot be cancelled no refunds are available.
