Booking Information – Vivid & Vintage Retreat 2026
YOU SHOULD HA VE ALREADY SECURED YOUR non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your seat at the Vivid & Vintage Retreat 2026.
The remaining balance will be paid in two instalments of $200 each:• First instalment SHOULD ALSO BEEN SECURED, Final instalment due: 20th August 2026
Please note that due to venue commitments, catering, class preparation and kit ordering, all payments become non-refundable from 20th August 2026.
If you are unable to attend the retreat, we kindly ask that you provide at least three months notice prior to the event dates (20th–22nd November 2026) so we have the opportunity to offer your place to someone on the waitlist.
Unfortunately, cancellations made after 20th August 2026 or non-attendance at the event will not be eligible for refunds.
